Balthazar, a French restaurant in the center of Soho, is one of New York's most famous restaurants. Due to its French background, this restaurant is known for its vast wine selection and seafood platters served in a traditional bistro style. With its building, which used to be a warehouse of a leather wholesaler, its long oak bar and delicious cheese plates, you immediately adapt yourself to the environment.

In the spring of 1997, Balthazar opened in SoHo. Every day from breakfast to dinner, the busy, charming restaurant serves traditional French cooking, with brunch on weekends.

Balthazar offers a wide variety of fresh seafood and shellfish, as well as fresh bread and pastries from the Balthazar Bakery every day.
